1 Corinthians 15:54-58

⁵⁴ But when this ^[a]perishable puts on ^[b]the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written: “^(A)Death has been swallowed up in victory. ^55 (B)Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?” ⁵⁶ The sting of ^(C)death is sin, and ^(D)the power of sin is the Law; ⁵⁷ but ^(E)thanks be to God, who gives us the ^(F)victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

^58 (G)Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, immovable, always excelling in ^(H)the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
